Inspired by the tiling material used since the fifties for many symbolic buildings. These hexagonal mosaic bricks are made in black clay, with superior mechanical performances and a vitrified surface.

Diamantino

by Botteganove Studio

A lengthened 3D diamond, which immediately reminds us of ceramic tiling but also of the graphic design by Gio Ponti. A mosaic speaking a Mediterranean and Italian language, like a Harlequin in his patched Venetian Carnival costume and the three-dimensionality of kinetic art.

Haiku

by Studiopepe Design

The name Haiku comes from a short Japanese poetic compositions typology by three verses, as the collection is composed by three different shapes, that match each other to create different patterns. The third dimension of the shapes play and change with light, creating new surfaces continuously. Inspired by Carlo Scarpa’s work, and the three-dimensional rhythm of his concrete architecture.

new Town

by Adam Nathaniel Furman

New Town is a contemporary meeting of Modern Italy with Classical Britain. Handmade in Nove in Italy’s Veneto, the tiles are available in any color combination, in either smooth surface finish that emphasizes the clarity of the interconnected geometries, or with delicate grooves cast into the tile surfaces that both hint at the layout of city streets, and also act to catch light in a dramatic manner, celebrating the depth and patina of Botteganove’s hand applied glazes, or in a mixture of the two.

Perspectives

by Angelo Spagnolo

Slightly asymmetrical lines to hint the idea of movement: the flared shape in the middle becomes a decentered dimension in which you can glimpse unusual views.

Petali

by Angelo Spagnolo

A research on petals in nature delving deep into color. Abstract and expressive ceramic mosaic tiles, where hand-painted glazes combined with stains and oxides recreate decorative surfaces inspired by on of nature’s best expressions.

Plumage

by Cristina Celestino

The collection comes from a strongly evocative scenario, inspired by the birds’ feathers, leading us through a subtle interplay between contemporary vision and traditional work. The research on plumage in nature gets interpreted into the tiles in the overlapping of patterns, shapes and decoration, which give the tiled wall the perception of the single feather and of the global plumage in the meantime.

Salome

by Adam Nathaniel Furman

Salomè is a celebration of the serpentine line, the curve of elegance, an ode to La Figura Serpentinata in ceramics.  Bringing an exotic and luscious sensuality to the surface of any wall and the atmosphere of a room, Salomè tiles change dramatically as you move around them, with their curved and voluptuous surfaces glittering and catching the light as their 3-dimensional form changes depending on from where it’s seen.
